These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the current SneakersRadar website, dashboard, APIs, and enabled StockX-related features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using SneakersRadar

  • You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, sign-in methods, sessions, and third-party connection credentials.
  • You will not abuse, interfere with, evade limits on, or attempt to disrupt the service, its worker systems, APIs, or supporting infrastructure.
  • If specific features, limits, or access scopes are enabled for your account, you may use the service only within that approved scope.

2. StockX features

  • Some features require you to authorize us to access, cache, and process data associated with your StockX account.
  • You must have lawful rights to connect the relevant StockX account, credentials, listings, orders, and related data, and you must comply with StockX terms, policies, and technical restrictions.
  • Based on product behavior and your actions, we may read, create, update, deactivate, or delete StockX listings or related information tied to your account.
  • You understand that third-party platforms may change, limit, suspend, or terminate their interfaces or account access, which may affect service availability.
  • You may revoke authorization at any time, but related functionality may stop immediately after revocation.

3. Third-party services and accounts

  • The service currently depends on third-party services including Google, Discord, and StockX.
  • We are not responsible for third-party availability, policies, account status, API changes, or data accuracy.
  • If a third-party service refuses, revokes, or limits access, we may limit the related functionality without liability.

4. Acceptable use

  • No scraping of non-public areas, rate-limit abuse, or attempts to bypass security controls.
  • No reverse engineering, copying, reselling, sublicensing, or redistribution without permission.
  • No unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful activity using the service or data obtained through it.
  • No unauthorized access to, sharing of, operation of, or automation against third-party accounts or data.
  • No uploading of malicious content, false data, or data likely to damage our systems or third-party systems.

5. Intellectual property

The service, software, interface, documentation, and content we provide are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the service. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, branding, or other proprietary assets.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

SneakersRadar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service, data, analytics, third-party integrations, background jobs, or any inventory, pricing, order, or listing information will always be accurate, complete, available, or fit for your particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, goodwill, or third-party account access. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access and related connections if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or third parties, or if we suspect misuse, unauthorized access, or a security issue.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.
