These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stock Radar ("we", "our", "us") products and services. By using Stock Radar, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Stock Radar

• You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
• You will not abuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

2. StockX features

• StockX features require you to authorize us to access and sync your StockX account data.
• You must have lawful rights to the StockX data and listings you connect, and you must comply with StockX terms and policies.
• We may read, create, update, or delete StockX listings and order-related information at your direction.
• You can revoke authorization at any time; after revocation the related features will be unavailable.

3. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid features may require an active subscription. Pricing and features may change.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Taxes may apply based on your location. Refunds are handled per our refund policy, if any.

4. Acceptable use

• No scraping of non-public areas, rate-limit abuse, or attempts to bypass security controls.
• No reverse engineering, reselling, or redistribution without permission.
• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity using the service or data.
• No unauthorized access to or operation of third-party (such as StockX) accounts or data.

5. Intellectual property

The service, software, and content we provide are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or logos.

6. Data & privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the service, you agree to our data practices described there.

7. Warranties & disclaimers

Stock Radar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we suspect misuse.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.
