Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the current SneakersRadar website, dashboard, login flows, and enabled StockX-related features. It explains what information we process, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: When you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive and store basic profile data such as your email address, display name, avatar, and provider account identifier.
  • Session and device data: We use session cookies to keep you signed in and may log device, browser, IP address, timestamp, and similar diagnostic information for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
  • StockX-related data: When StockX features are enabled for your account, we process data related to that functionality, including connection status, authorization URLs/state values, encrypted tokens or API credentials, account identifiers, listing data, order-related data, and CSV contents uploaded for batch actions.
  • Usage and operation data: We log product usage such as pages visited, requests made, upload jobs, background job status, rate-limit usage, and service logs related to reliability and operations.
  • Analytics data: In production, we use Google Analytics to understand page traffic and basic usage trends.
  • Admin-managed data: If you are an administrator, or your account is configured with administrative help, we may view and manage account and StockX connection details in an internal admin interface.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and secure the SneakersRadar website, dashboard, and APIs.
  • Create and manage login sessions, identify users, and display account information in the product.
  • Operate enabled StockX features, including authorization, connection management, listing reads, listing creation/updates/deletions, catalog matching, and batch CSV workflows.
  • Use Redis, databases, and background workers for queueing, caching, rate limiting, and job status tracking.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and maintain system security.
  • Respond to support requests, administrative actions, and service-related communications.
  • Comply with applicable law and enforce our terms and internal policies.

3. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where applicable, we process personal data based on performance of our service relationship with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent where required for analytics or third-party authorization flows, and our legal obligations.

4. Sharing & disclosures

  • Service providers: We share necessary information with infrastructure and technical providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting, database, caching, analytics, and authentication-related providers.
  • StockX-related sharing: When you enable relevant features, we may exchange necessary data or credentials with StockX to read, sync, or update listings, orders, or catalog information tied to your account.
  • Security & compliance: We may disclose information when necessary to protect the service, our users, our rights, or safety, or when required by law, regulation, court order, or other valid legal process.
  • Business transfers: Information may be transferred as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. Session data is typically short-lived; logs, job records, and database records may be kept longer. StockX connection data may be cleared within a reasonable period after a connection is removed, a feature is disabled, or deletion is requested, although some records may be retained for security, audit, or compliance reasons.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You may also request that third-party connections be removed or that your account be deleted. You can exercise these rights by contacting us below.

7. International transfers

We and our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards for cross-border transfers of personal data.

8. Children’s privacy

SneakersRadar is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction. If you believe a child provided personal data to us, contact us.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email when appropriate.
